Early Childhood Education Data Analyst
Will, a Tennessee resident of over ten years, is a graduate of East Tennessee State University. He previously worked in the medical equipment industry as a Sales Analyst in Nashville, where he developed strong skills in data analysis and reporting.
Hailing from Abingdon, Virginia in the heart of rural Appalachia, Will experienced many of the systemic challenges that underserved communities face firsthand. This inspired a commitment to addressing disparities that children may face during their educational growth and development, and he is filled with gratitude to be able to channel that commitment into impactful change with Seeding Success.
Will currently resides in Chattanooga with his partner Katie and their two dogs, Whoopi and Lola.
