Tatiana began working with educational equity during her undergraduate career at The Ohio State University, where she was involved with the Latin community on her campus. After graduating with a master’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago, she decided to pursue a career in education data.
As a data analyst at Seeding Success, Tatiana works with a wide variety of data, including kindergarten readiness, attendance, behavior, graduation, TCAP, and more. She typically works on queries for special data requests or on dashboard development. She has also worked on extensive data documentation projects and co-facilitates Seeding Success trainings.
