Surayyah Hasan
DIRECTOR OF Performance Analytics
Surayyah Hasan is passionate about creating opportunities for social and economic advancement in underserved communities. She joined the Seeding Success team as the Performance Analytics Manager, and works to ensure quality data use, effective continuous improvement, and cross-system collaboration. Surayyah came to Memphis as part of Strong Cities, Strong Communities Program where she served in Mayor Wharton's Office of Talent and Human Capital. She has also supported efforts related to employment and post-secondary attainment in both the public and nonprofit space. Surayyah graduated from Wellesley College with a BA in Psychology. She earned a Master of Public Administration from the City University of New York - Baruch College as a National Urban Fellow.
