Racquel Harris

Director of Continuous Improvement

Racquel brings over 15 years of experience in coordinating and managing educational programs, driving student student achievement and organizational improvement. She previously served on the evaluation team for the federal Full-Service Community Schools (FSCS) grant, utilizing mixed-methods data collection to assess the achievement of the grant's objectives. As the Director of Continuous Improvement with Seeding Success, she collaborates to ensure fidelity to the FSCS model, with a focus on standardizing operations for data use and continuous improvement across schools and organizations.

Throughout her career, Racquel has demonstrated a commitment to educational equity and excellence, serving in roles such as educator, instructional coach, adjunct instructor, and researcher. She holds a Master of Arts in Teaching and a Doctor of Education in Instruction and Curriculum Leadership from the University of Memphis, along with additional qualifications and accolades that reflect her dedication to advancing education.

With a background in building partnerships, designing qualitative research instruments, analyzing data, and developing professional learning opportunities, Racquel effectively aligns programs with organizational goals to deliver meaningful outcomes for students and communities.

Racquel resides in Memphis, TN, with her husband of 17 years and their son.
