Erica is an Atlanta native who is passionate about making informed, impactful decisions in educational policy to address the nuanced needs of diverse student populations. She joined the Seeding Success team as a National Urban Fellow and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Policy Management at Georgetown University.
As a former Teach for America teacher, Erica gained firsthand experience in understanding the challenges and inequities facing students and educators, fueling her commitment to advocating for transformative solutions in education.
In her role at Seeding Success, she leverages her experience to drive collaborative initiatives that support youth, families, and communities across Memphis.
