Ellen Bransford
PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS MANAGER
A native Memphian, Ellen attended Rice University where she studied economics and political science. After graduating, she worked as an elementary special education teacher on the Texas-Mexico border, then received a Fulbright award to work in a secondary school in Mexico City. Wanting to engage in the dynamic education reform happening in her hometown, Ellen moved back to Memphis where she worked as a science teacher and then Dean of Students at a local charter school. Ellen is excited to join the Seeding Success team and to engage in a wider movement to improve access to high-quality education.
